Terms and Conditions for Prabha’s Kitchen

Welcome to Prabha’s Kitchen. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Prabha’s Kitchen’s services. By placing an order with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full.


1. Ordering
• Orders can be placed by contacting us via our official phone number (+91 81235 39162) or email (prabhakitchen24@gmail.com)

• Please provide clear and accurate details about your order, including the items, quantity, and any special instructions.
• Orders are subject to availability. We will confirm your order upon receipt. For large or catering orders, please place your order at least 48 hours in advance.
2. Pricing and Payment
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment is due at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept payments via methods specified at the time of ordering (e.g., cash, UPI, or bank transfer).
3. Food Safety and Allergies
• Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.
• While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are completely free of allergens.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions.
4. Delivery and Pickup
• Delivery: We offer delivery to select areas. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Pickup: You may also choose to pick up your order from our location at an agreed-upon time. If you are late for your pickup, please notify us as soon as possible.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations: For regular orders, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time to be eligible for a full refund. For catering or bulk orders, a 72-hour notice is required.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your order due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, quality issues), please contact us within 4 hours of receiving your food. We may offer a replacement, credit, or partial/full refund after reviewing the issue. We may require a photo of the disputed item.
6. Use of Our Services
• You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only.
• You agree not to resell our products without our prior written consent.
• All content related to our brand, including our name, logo, and menu descriptions, is the intellectual property of Prabha’s Kitchen and may not be used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
• Prabha’s Kitchen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
8. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state where Prabha’s Kitchen is based.
9. Changes to Terms
• Prabha’s Kitchen reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The updated version will be effective as soon as it is made available.
