Refund & Cancellation Policy
As an FMCG brand selling food items, Prabha’s Kitchen products are non-returnable. However, we do offer returns or replacements and at times, cancellations when any of the following conditions are met –Â
1. Wrong product delivery
2. Quality Issues
3. Expired or Damaged Product Delivery
4. Some of the items are missing from your total order
In case of the above scenarios, images relevant to the problem must be sent to prabhakitchen24@gmail.com within 24-48 hours from receiving the order. Upon checking your ticket (it takes us 48 to 72 business hours to check your ticket and get back to you), a partial or full refund/replacement is provided at the total discretion of Sailaws Kitchen.

In an unlikely event of cancellation due to delayed delivery of your confirmed order, below is the applicable policyÂ
1. If your order was placed less than 10 days ago, we will be deducting a shipping fee based on your order weight.Â
2. If your order was placed more than 10 days ago, we will issue you a full refund (see the note) and cancel your order.Â
Note: Irrespective of when your order was placed, we will not be able to issue full refund under these 3 conditions –Â
- If the provided shipping or phone details were incorrect.
- If the delivery partner was unable to reach you after multiple attempts.Â
- If the order was rejected by you via code verification.
Gift Cards and Sale Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests on sale items and gift cards.Â
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
